Monthly GROSS income for applicant less than………….………….……. $2,829**
Monthly GROSS income for married applicant- both incomes combined………..$5,658 **

Plus, burial fund of $1,500 (or irrevocable plan of any value)
Personal Needs Allowance ……………………………. $141.65
Resources for community spouse
Well spouse may keep 1/2 of resource UP TO $154,140 (must show spend down of ½)
Community spouse allowed to keep at a MINIMUM……$30,828
CSMIA (spouse min income allowance) …………$2,465 (as of 7/1/23)
